Warranty Administrator

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing all warranty tickets and ensure proper documentation required by the manufacturer.
  • Keeping track of all factory recalls and announcements.
  • Follow up on all outstanding warranty claims.
  • Submit extended warranty and maintenance plans for payment
  • Reconcile all warranty schedules
  • Assist with other administrative task in the service department as needed
  • Prepare, submit, code, and track warranty repair orders and claim according to dealership and manufacturer policies.
  • Pay close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department and Collision Center receives proper credit and monies due.


  • Previous Experience working in a dealership in the service department
  • Automotive Warranty experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in person.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail orientated with excellent organizational/ sequencing skills
  • General knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations
  • Working knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and procedures
  • General accounting knowledge preferred
  • Must be in UAE (Abu Dhabi – preferred)
  • Possess valid UAE Driver's License
