Duties and responsibilities:

• Working in partnership with the team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Manage the company social media (mainly the most important/used platforms in the UAE: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok)
• Daily Posting
• Prepare & Design social media campaigns
• Prepare & Design digital seasonal campaigns
• Design Google Ads
• Video & Photo shoots: take pictures, design, edit the pictures & videos
• Manage the marketing budget
• Prepare the proper infrastructure for the company CRM
• Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in the same role in a corporate, or automotive agency environment
• Well experienced in using analytics software such as Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics
• High level communication skills; verbal and written
• Advanced sales & strategy development
• Creative thinker and decision-making skills
• Being able to identify trending marketing initiatives
• Advanced presentation and design skills
• High level IT skills including design applications
• Efficient multi-tasking
• Time Management, Project Management
